It might be a bit more expensive, and delayed but atleast you are sure that what you're getting is given to you buy the manufactuere directly.
Only buy from recommended sellers on Amazon or ones you trust.
Amazon India treats Indians as thieves and scammers and rarely any product will have refund option. A few might have replacement option but for most products Amazon will tell you to fuck off and contact the brand so it's crucial that you order stuff assuming you might have to keep it.
Stick to Recommended Sellers on Amazon. This list is not complete as I add the sellers name here after personally ordering from them mutliple times. In case the seller is not here, try to go with seller who has a lot of ratings and has been on the platform for a long time and also who gives prime delivery.

Amazon Reviews are littered with paid reviews. Unless you see some trustworthy person's review(like your's dashing) you have to surf the internet to find the exact reviews from someone who isn't lying through their teeth just hoping you use thier commission/affiliate link.
Also, just because it says "Verified Reviews" it doesn't mean the other person isn't someone who knows the seller. You can't trust them.
And, as a competitor, it's very easy to order a few products of other brands and then give them fake negative reviews.
So you can't trust positive or negative regardless of verified or not on amazon. It's not exactly true, with experience you will start to see that a few reviews are actually fake and others might not be, but it always helps to check the review of the exact same product someplace else especially if the person is trustworthy like yours dashing.

It's very easy to when the other person creates fake pressure and tries to leave right away demanding OTP to fall for it and give them OTP. These fuckers who are at the end of the delivery chain have started a delivery fraud where they will take the final product out of the packets and give you shit instead. Now it can be anyone from here to the supply chain but it's your job to inspect the packet before delivery.
DON'T GIVE OTP UNLESS YOU HAVE CHECKED THE PACKET CAREFULLY.
Look what happens if you don't and in no way will Amazon help you with it.
Just do a replacement once for whatever fucking reason, refund will open up. Atleast it used to. If you don't see an option on PC try mobile/mobile-site and vice-versa

Recently Apna Anuj had an experience with a DDR4 RAM that had differnt model number than what he ordered, although it ran just fine, he did whatever in his power to get refund and here's his experience.

ek bhala admi aaaya last mai refund initate kiya , (Rakesh) naam tha uska
us se pehle ek log aur aaya tha wo bhi bola refund initiate kiya lekin wo turant left kr diya , (Utsav) naam tha uska
aur last mai refund ke reason mai wo sab dale hai ki , (Item not received),
jabki hum saf saf sbse bole the, humko wrong product deliver huwa hai lekin jab refund ka mail aaya to , isme reason mention tha ki , item not received .
Jisko bhi check krna hai apna RAM crucial ke system scanner se aurCPU-Z aur HWinfo se SN aur Part Number check kar sakta hai ,
Ram pe jo part number likha hai wahi crucial aur baki software pe bhi show hona chahiye,
Baki to bhgwaan bhrose chor do ,
kam paap kiye hoge to soultion/refund/replacement/ ho hi jayega aur agar nhi huwa to samjh lena ki paap bhut jyada kiye ho.
aur ek baat customer associate wala puchega replace krna hai ya refund to refund wala choose krna .
Itna sab ke baad bhi replacement ya refund mil jaye uske bare mai hum absolutely nhi bata skte.
Usually not possible but if you can find somethign that is related to health hazard it is possible. I was able to return One Odio Pro 10 due to some magnetism stuff that it had very high, the thing is, even the most expensive headphones had that high but that was a reason for which it was refunded even when refund was not possible.
