Fuck Ethics/Morals/Honesty/Conscience but pretend you have them.
The more will learn to silence your conscience, the farther you will go in life. This is true across both youtube and life in general.
Aaah! But there is a trick here. Even though you have no ethics or no morals, you are not to speak of it, in fact, you have to show the absolute opposite.
In your videos use words like "honestly," "speaking honestly," when you are upto brim with dishonesty. People might catch onto it but as I show below, they have lost the ability to think for themselves so they will take your word for it.
Waste 2 mins of the videos talking about useless stuff that has nothing to do with the video BUT say at the end, "Let's not waste any time," even though you have wasted
Content doesn't matter and keep up with the current times
Don't worry about going in-depth in anything. The reality is most people have been bombarded with flashy cuts and edits so much that they can't reason or stop to think.
Abuse that fact. Trust me on this, the content really doesn't matter. What you make a video on has to be new or being talked about right now even if you know fuck all about it.
Be a Diplomat. Never take sides.
Never be brutal against one argument or another. Whenever such things come, be a diplomat, never take sides. Always agree with both the sides.
Learn to sell shit no matter how smelly it is.
Don't worry about what you're selling or recommending, how bad it is or harmful it is, your job is to show potential advertisers that you can sell anything, no matter how bad.
This is a very important point. Don't get ethics in the way. That is why the first like was to fuck these things.
It's very very important that you learn to sell whatever comes in your way to whoever is out there.
Tech Channels: Read specs, show product, don't worry about details
As soon as you can try to buy product or even rent it or even partner with a local shop that has to sell these stuff to show these in the videos.
Remember, you already beat many channels who don't actually have the product to show off to when you show a video of somehting looking similar in your hands because subsconsciously we trust when we see a person holding the product because we attach trust with it.
To prove to you that it works look for any phone videos and see if it's from India or not.
Learn to be flashy, have excellent audio and video effects in your videos.
Make sure you bought excellent audio gear and be sure to tweak the voice so it sounds deeper than it already is if you look like a man and vice-versa for woman.
This audio effect is very very important.
What you will realize later through experience and self-thinking about people you are susbcribed to that subconsicously these people have good voice regardless of the content they have.
That's the reality. Pair it with the fact that you are using lot of flashy stuff in the video, they are dumbed down into a consuming machine and that's all they do.
Pay for views/subscribers but to youtube only
People have this wrong idea that youtube hates when you pay someone for fake subscriptions or views. That's not true, youtube hates when you pay "someone else".
It's also crucial to boost your channel/videos but give it a rest every few often. People might see "suggested" or "ads" and most will move away from the video but once the ad-period is over, the likes and views will remain and those wise people will have no idea about it.
For example, this video got 500 views BUT if I paid youtube merely Rs.2000/$20 the views can go to 6x-26x right away. Select proper targetting and it will flood over the internet.

Make clickbait thumbnails and titles
Hold back information. Don't just put the jist of the video in the thumbnail or the description like I do.
What you don't understand is even though ad-revenue is low, it matters a lot more. It's because as a compnay you can make a lot of money by bending people's mind's with ads than you could ever by giving them an ad-free subscription. That's why companies are either increasing the cost of no ads tier or removing it completely. That's the real reason.
And you have to show that through your videos. You have to keep people hooked and keep them catching.
Make pathetic thumbnails with lots of colors and even lie in your thumbnails and use words like, "this" for example: "Do this to save your computer", "This laptop is the greatest".
Constantly guilt-trip people to like, subscribe, comment and share
But do it skillfully. With an irritating smile.
Remind people to subscribe at the exact moment when the most important part of your video is about to show.
Experiment with the placement as sometimes doing it in the beginning works and sometimes at the end. It depends how your video is structured but make sure to put it right before an important thing.
Make sure to guilt-trip them by saying how even one like helps your channel grow, how subscribers helps them and all.
Asking people to comment is the easist thing by just saying something very very decisive and then asking them what they think of it. Naturally, most people are caught onto the bait and they will comment on the same thing.
Abuse Humor to your advantage
Add memes and horrible jokes here and there(adult jokes are adult implying jokes work best) and smile through them as if you havne't noticed anything.
Also, do some visual humour, "accidentally" leave camera on or show a cute pet or signifiy something off-topic in the video and act nothing has changed. This is what people latch onto right away. It's an excellent bait.
Giveaways are great things for increasing channel subscribers and watchtime
And the best part is YOU DON'T ACTUALLY HAVE TO GIVEAWAY ANYTHING. You just have to pretend that you did.
This is a very common thing outside of YouTube in India so I am curious why others haven't caught on. Whenever there are prizes for products that one has influence over, it miracoulously goes to a distant relative. DON'T GIVE IT TO FRIENDS(separeate talk about friends here), give it to distant relatives.
And you if you can actually do giveaways, do it, it' the best strategy. And don't say like and subscribe, those people do freely, actually give a list of actions and say the more you will do the more chances you will have.
People will make bot accounts FOR YOU. You never would have to pay anyone or create bot accounts at all. They will do it for you.
And even if the same goes to the person with the most bot accounts, your jobs is done.

Never blog about the videos and FOR GOD'S SAKE don't show the blog in the video first thing, otherwise why would they watch it?

Making a blog so people don't even have to watch your videos is shooting yourself in your foot. It will reduce your RPM(money per views) and ad revenue significantly but more importantly, it pushes away potential advertisers later.
Affiliates don't matter but if you have to disguise them
The world is full of extensions/coupon websites whose whole job is to steal the affiliate money.
People look for extra savings install these extensions that kill small youtubers who rely on it, so don't rely on affiliate money and in fact you won't have to if you do the above.
Now what I mean by disguising them is don't ever say that this link will help your grow, that is shooting yourself in the foot.
Your average consumer is salty and will MAKE SURE NOT TO USE YOUR LINKS for purchase, that's sadly the most Indian audience right now. It might take them decades to realize the importance of this but for now remembner to never say, "affiliate" links
What you actually have to say is, "best price," "best buy," "cheapest price" links and reel them in. That's the mentality.
Never ask for donations
You can squeeze a lot more money off of them via youtube ads and selling shit products than you can ever with donations. It's a horrible strategy, don't do it.
