This happened to me after a motherboard replacement in a laptop so the specs were same. The system ran fine for quite some time but then when I turned it off and tried to boot it back in it couldn't.
Later either after leaving it for some time and/or removing CMOS battery and re-inserting it (still doubtful, didn't note anything at that point), the system booted itself properly and I immediately disabled secure boot from Windows because I kept seeing Secure boot error in Event Viewer. The system has been fine ever since.
