AntEsports GamePad Repalcement

  1. 10-Oct-25: I got their gamepad which vibration wasn't working. I contacted them about this and they did no diagnosis over email to see what might have gone wrong. (Yes, I didn't want to call and talk to somoene for hours so I prefer email and also it gives me written record of whatever is going on).
  2. 11-Oct-25: They said to file a claim on their site: https://acroclaim.com/ which I did
    "Kindly register your product for warranty claim at https://acroclaim.com/ Once your claim gets accepted for warranty claims, you will get a notification via e-mail with the next step of action or you may check the status at your RMA Profile."
  3. 11 to 31 Oct: Complete ghosting initially and then stalling by telling pickup will be done but not done twice which is when I shared this post saying I won't recommend AntEsports.
    I went ahead and created another ticket ID(this is the one I shared with them below) and wrote in that the last pickup was not done.
    Meanwhile they didn't have the basic information of my claim and kept stalling me for days asking for ticket ID even though I had already shared it once.
  4. 3 Oct: Finally picked up by courier third time.
  5. 3 Nov- 12 Nov: No response from brand. Tracking doens't tell anything about the package being delivered.
    However when I entered the old tracking details in their claim ID, I got a mail saying it was delivered to Atn Esports/Acro Engineering Company but which I think is wrong and only happened because I manually entered everything

  6. Took another few weeks for the following:
  7. They got the package. Made no contact to me and decided it's working fine and sent it back via indiapost.
    The product was now removed from website.

You will get notification on registered e-mail id/ contact no from our courier partner. → (Which I didnt' get BTW)

If this is what a customer gets in terms of service how can you expect me to recommend Antesports to anyone?

It's been a month talking with you over this, I can't believe you guys are so slow and not responding to emails or giving any notice of literally anything.
Pickup was done but there is no mail from your end at all.
Please just refund money if you are incapable of handling any warranty.
