I don't remember which thermal paste this is that dried up so quickly. It probably was the default thermal paste applied by Lenovo but I can't confirm it yet. Video of the same here.
After applying PTM Thermal Paste and ADWITS Thermal Pad
CPU Wattage started around 50W but dropped to 40W. CPU's die 98°C, CPU's core 98°C, CPU Core 93°C.
GPU Wattage started and remained 74W with GPU Temps 77°C, GPU Hotspot 80°C
CPU Wattage started around 80W but dropped to 80W. CPU's die 98°C, CPU's core 96°C, CPU Core 96°C.
GPU Wattage started and remained 75W with GPU Temps 70°C, GPU Hotspot 74°C.
