Configurations
There is for now only a customized variant right now which you can pre configure as per your desire. Here's my main configurations that should exist for the same and the reason for them:
Recommended Configuration without ADP: 82k Ideapad Slim 5 Gen 10-350--126%-60Wh Link: https://lenovo-in.zlvv.net/19772x
Not Recommended Configuration without ADP: 72k Ideapad Slim 5 Gen 10-340--67% -60Wh Link: https://lenovo-in.zlvv.net/19772x (IPS display, 16GB RAM & the lower CPU)

CPU: The price difference both the CPU is only Rs. 4200. At the point of writing this blog there is no solid information about the exact differences between the two CPUs, some say two extra cores some say greater performance. To be safe it's better to stick with AI 350.
OS: Only if your company requires you to get Windows 11 Pro, should you get it.
Office: I don't count the price for it as most people just use the
KMS activated one but if you definitely want a genuine one that is tied to this machine, Rs.2000 is well worth it. It is cheaper than the genuine key selling website in any case and the fake key sites are in huge in number.
⠀
RAM/Memory:
AMD and Windows require a lot of RAM which is only growing day by day. 16GB is now the bare minimum without AMD, with AMD it's always better to aim for 24 and above. Also since the 16GB configuration is split between two RAM slots, getting the 16GB and then throwing one of the 8GB RAM for upgrade is a waste.
Note: However if later you see a 16GB configuration that only takes up one slot, you can go with it if getting a
RAM from a different place is better.
⠀
SSD: Since you have one extra SSD slot, you can
always get an SSD and upgrade it if required. If however you want 1TB+1TB configuration, it might be alright to get this since the smaller one is 2242 configuration and getting a SSD for it might not be cheap or easy but for the larger slot, it's very easy.
⠀
Display: Since the IPS one isn't 100% sRGB it is out of the question, if however, at a later point a 100% sRGB IPS display is available, you can go for that for a glare-free, higher battery and PWM-free display but losing the great contrast of the OLED display.
⠀
For Battery, Camera, Wireless, Keyboard and other such things: Select the better one because usually they are just a few hundred rupees expensive and well worth it.
Power Cord: See the pictures below and select the wall one.
In the next page for sure select the 3 Years Accidental Damage Protection Plan. Here's why you should get it.

The next accessories page is completely up to you but I suggest picking up Rs.1 or Rs.100 stuff from there and for everything else just getting something better from Amazon. Those things are usually cheaper and better.
You can make some compromises which I don't recommend and go for a cheaper variant with something like:
Pictures
- Two RAM and SSD Slots as you can see:

- Two Choice of Adapters:
I am not 100% sure about this but the mobile looking plug looks to be like the wall adapter and is much more lighter and compact than the other one.

- PTM is always good. I have already made a ton of videos on PTM and I always recommend you, you can search the channel for those videos but the gist is this: PTM doesn't need to be re-applied. It's enough to apply once and forget it, while also delivering pretty good thermal performance. Cleaning the fan however is still required.
