Design is broad field involving the process of making an idea into a real product or system.

The DWG 2018 format(AC1032 internal name) has been used every since AutoCAD 2018 to AutoCAD 2025 and so if you're looking for the base variant for modern AutoCAD, target 2018+.
By default the angles are measured in counter-clockwise direction from +X axis as we did in school.
